In the 2013/2014 season he got 17 goals in just 29 starts.

I'm gonna go for 15, but he brings far more to the table than mere goals.
 
I'd push to 15 personally. Some of them will be important goals though and a fair few assists as well.

Think that the goals will spread to hopefully 3 strikers this season
 

I'd be happy with 8 in the league and about 12 across all comps, he isn't going to start every game and won't play as an out and out striker I wouldn't have thought. He'll probably be on pens but we're not Liverpool, we don't get a guaranteed quota of those every season.
 
The only stat that matters is games won.

Rooney has sublime control. He can hold the ball & bring his teammates in. He knows how to manage a game. He leads by example & won't accept anything less that 100% from his teammates.

The benefits of bringing Wayne back will be massive on the training ground, as well as on the pitch.
 

14. I hope they're important ones and that he brings more than just goal scoring to the team. We aren't centered around one player so much anymore. Let's hope he doesn't get injured.
 
I'm thinking 15 plus, and a similar number of asissts as well. I know it won't happen but part of me would love it if he scored more than Lukaku does at Utd
