Hibbert & Osman

if we can get a right winger for next season and have mr peanuts on the left have the yak up front with arteta sitting in the middle with maybe cahill in a 433? i can see a lot of goals coming from that..lots of crossing from the left and right (y)

We have a very good one. Curiously - having been out of favour for three years, his only appearance of the season - a ten minute cameo culminating with an inch perfect cross to tee up Gosling for an extra time winner (you know which match I mean), has led to him being dropped from even the bench.
I restate my thesis, that man celebrated his return to score-assisting by taking a dump on Moyes desk. There can be no other explanation.
And it will take more than wrenched knees and a mexican swine flu epidemic to get him picked for the cup final.

There trying to prise him out of the BabyCream, he may return for the final!

I watched the game at Villa and Ossie was the only one, apart from Pienaar, who knew what to do with a freakin' ball. He could hold it and pass it.

So I guess we deserve going back to the hoof ball and rush with Neville, Cahill and Fellaini pulling the strings.

Hibbert looked poor at that same match.

I dont think either of them should go as they give it there all when they put on the blue shirt. BUT was it just me or did every cross Hibbert put in today go well wide of the target? Also i think Osman needs a big rest, he played out of his skin a couple of weeks ago and since then has been below average.

what a Joke, surprise surprise, we lose one game and Ossie and Hibbert MUST GO. FFS

Sorry mate but that is far from the truth . Alot of people who post on here watch Everton week in week out and putting forth such a harsh assessment of both isnt easy but sadly its just how some see it and i wholeheartedly agree . As a club it is clear we are now making genuine strides forward with a view to mixing it for real with the likes of Manchester United and the RS . We are only kiddingn ourselves if we really think that players such as Osman & Hibbert can hack it at that level . Its clear to me that they are struggling in the Premier league to cope with whats thrown at them so can you imagine how they would fair in the Champions League ? It gives me no pleasure to slate anyone who wears that Royal Blue shirt especially someone who gives their all like Osman but its time to call time on a few Everton careers , its a harsh job but Moyes now needs get on with it .

What a poor excuse for a knee jerk thread after looseing one game in i dont know how many. Short memerios!

I suppose Van Der Meyde nneds his chane now, you never know he may come good!

*removes tougne from cheek!

Total rubbish and then some . If you agree fine if you dont fair enough but it is anything but a knee jerk reaction . It is an opinion formed over a long long time .

No to be honest I probably wouldnt BUT I would still have been thinking it . Thats what happens though in football certain results point to weak areas in the team that cannot be ignored for much longer . Both of em are not good enough for Everton . Everton supporters are a forgiving lot but thats because we have had to be with the utter s**t we have had to put up with but them days are numbered ! We are on the march my friends and we do not have to put up with average anymore ! FORZA EVERTON !!!!!!!!

Well we all have players we like and those we dont. Reality is they wont be sold, the fact of the matter is they are good enoughin their respective positions to get to a cup final, progress in Euorpe, and finisg in the top five in the PL. FACT.

I rate both im not going to say they are world class, but play their roles with gusto to our cause. Yesterday was our and their third game in six days, its avery easy to cirticise those two players after a week of celebrating their success and obviously their was nothing left in the tank for them to give yesterday tired minds and bodies. What they have gioven us this season is a sense of hope and expectaion and when they are at their tiredest and most fatiuqed we have a go at them. Not me mate.

It well known Hibbo and Ossie have been carrying injuries and arent 100% fit. In fact Ossie cant even train for the whole week. Are we really criticising these lads after the week we've just had.

Thankfully as a squad we will never outgrow Ossie and Hibbo.
