Yeah sorry about that - misread.I was not talking about Cahill.
Yeah, young lads will always make mistakes but that is part of the learning process.Or they lose the ball in a dangerous place, especially if they are young it seems.

If you sign someone for a certain skillset that has attracted them to you, you have to be accepting these things will happen at times but given more time those errors will cut down and get outweighed by what they give you.
The senior loud voices are kept onside, the younger quiet voices are called out.
When you have a manager that starts saying "They" instead of "We" after a bad game, That isn't good.
As the manager you take the brunt on your shoulders and speak to the lads in private.
Links please.….everything he says is criticised on here, everything. Says something positive he’s criticised, says something negative and he’s criticised.
The overall criticism would have more weight if it was considered rather than just sleight everything he does and says. I criticise him too but because it’s not wholesale I get grief.
He spent £110M and had the benefit of another 12,000 home fans but made us worse than under Dyche.
13th place should have seen hi sacked on the last day of the season.
Complementary about Tim? Who can’t pass to save his life but runs around like a headless chicken, trying to win back the ball he’s just given away.….everything he says is criticised on here, everything. Says something positive he’s criticised, says something negative and he’s criticised.

If just going off this season, you can only see it as the latter. To be fair all I've saw from Dibling is him playing with fear, playing too safe and within himself, looks to me like a player who needs an arm round him and encouragement, is Moyes the type to do that or dwell on his mistakes.
If just going off this season, you can only see it as the latter.
You don't go and sign Dibling for his defensive attributes do you, you buy him for what he's shown you.
Send him out to be the lad you signed, not the lad you want to reprogramme.

Yet has a little dig at Armstrong who will go on to be twice the player

The problems aren't the sweaty little nerds running the sites, it's the people following them and spreading everything they write.
They don't have a platform without followers.
