Seems weird to have left him out of the squad and to have keep Dibling on he bench since Dibling seems to have close to 0% chance of playing whereas Armstrong has played and been quite effective in a variety of positions. Maybe Moyes was just trying to protect what's left of Dibling's shattered psyche

I felt at the time the best thing for Harrison was to remain at Preston, he really was a grade above anything else they had, think this can be supported by their decline since he left.

My feeling was if he’d have stayed the full season at Preston, likely he’d have come back a better player, benefiting Harrison, Everton in the long term and Preston in the short.

I do think he will go out on loan next season, especially as we appear to be in the market for a centre mid.

That's my chief complaint with Moyes, people might not agree and that's fine, but he does not rotate the squad enough for me, even the subs seem to be the same constantly, around the same time as well. Is it any wonder we go out of the cups pretty early, when the players he brings in for them have hardly played.
