Our bench is stronger and he'll get minutes regardless. Look at Arsenal. They have in places 3 x 50mil+ players for one position but Arteta has them happy as 'starters and finishers'.
The game has long since left the 11 first teamers that only drop out through injury. We've just not had a squad to adapt to that, but it looks like that's beginning

Armstrong has been fine today. Maybe a 7/10 so far. We have the tools at the club to be successful. Moyes is choosing his lineups….poorly. And we saw how that ended when you pick the shiny cup.

Terrible game are you serious. He’s drive us up the pitch at times and won us a few dangerous free kicks while playing left wing and then right. Was have gana, garner, KDH or the full backs offered

I love him mate and his mental game is superb, always so positive and doesn't let his head go down

But sooo much dodgy passing today, been miles off

Edit: and yes that's just to do with playing out of position & being a kid who will naturally be inconsistent!

Just watch the game as a neutral I know sounds mad and no matter what some people can’t. But some of his passing has been poor anyone else gets slated for it. And tbh after another window we should have better starting than him end of he was at Preston start of season now starting games for us he hasn’t all of a sudden become a prem regular more our lack of recruitment. And I’m happy he’s playing but needs to be better.

Thought he was much better second half. It's just slightly disappointing seeing him playing wide right midfield but realistically once Gueye goes or retires that CM spot is his.

Some player for his age to be trusted by someone like Moyes and this much. Fair play to Moyes as well who doesn't have the best reputation for bringing youngsters through.
