2025/26 Harrison Armstrong

Harrison Armstrong leaving Everton when he's told he can go back to PNE.

He’s not though is he? He couldn’t play like Tim did v Forest away.
I've seen Tim win a ball then fall over his feet multiple times, misplaced passes lead to goals, miss interceptions leading to goals, chase shadows all day, hold off three players like a bull then pass right to the opposition. One good game against Dyches forest doesn't make him boss.

I'm not saying it's night and day. They both have things to improve on and learn. They're both likely to be inconsistent. I'd prefer Armstrong's ability to get the ball on the turn and I think he's more beneficial to the setup with KDH and Garner than Tim would be. I'd prefer that three even over Gana in some games.

You're also entitled to your opinion as I assume am I. Moyes will kick them both out of the side when Gana Gueye is back much to my chagrin.

Probably not, which was a great game from Tim, but he is 4 years younger. He is more composed on the ball and has better technique than Tim in my view. Good to have different options
Not sure about the technique. His passing is equally limited and he’s extremely one footed. Tim is obviously on a completely different level as an athlete. He looks decent for a young player though but clearly has a lot to work on to be a top player.

But you think HA would definitely do better playing in the prem with Keane and Tawks behind him? Seems like a reach.

I think he strikes the ball very well with his right foot.

Agree with athleticism, but think Armstrong is a good athlete and taller. He looks more composed to me and rounded. Both good prospects for sure.

2 totally different players

Tim has 2 very good levels but his locker is bare on the 3rd.

Armstrong has all 3 levels, at the moment he has an open roof to raise his ceiling to where he wants to.

I would still give Tim the spot at the moment as he has earned it.
Take the pressure off Armstrong, whilst training/playing with better players and than leave it to him to stamp his spot.

KDH - Garner - Armstrong

3 players that really compliment each others game.

That looks a sweet centre..
