Yes you can only be registered for 2 different clubs in one season - in Armstrong's case Everton and Derby

Because his loan expires at the end of the season. The championship season isnt finished.

Its until either May 30th or June 30th.

At least he's back training with the first team so gives him a head start on pre-season even if he is ineligible to play
