I think the boy's a talent. I'd like to see him integrated into the first team squad next season and getting serious minutes.

Give him another season at Derby and see if he can continue his progression.

Having a full season starting regularly at a good standard will do him much better than being a bit part player for us.

Season later he’ll still only be 19 and much readier to play a big part.

If his loan is complete, he's a U21 player (doesn't need to be on the 25 man roster).
