Davies out-football'ed Sigurdsson today by a country mile.

...I thought he again lost possession in key areas late on today. For some reason there are players who lose the ball and inevitably it leads to the opposition having a chance, Davies is one of those. I like him, but I’m really nervous when he has the ball.

I do not even have words. I do not wish to insult Tom Davies, the guys confidence is gone. He makes so many mistakes and does nothing with the ball, but he does try. Sigrdsson made the goal and was all the football Everton played.

Thought Gylfi Sigurdsson put a few decent crosses in against Brighton but was still far away from what you'd expect from him. Even the commentator on the stream I was watching made a comment about expecting more from a player who cost £45m.
