But there a lot of Americans that don't believe in taking the knee as are there are many english. You can call them evil dismissively, but I think that is more a you problem than a them problem. It is true that there are many that don't believe in taking a knee. Why though? I can't wrap my brain around not being behind protesting systemic racism.

The right wing (Trump) successfully brainwashed folks that the taking a knee protest was a protest against the American flag, when in fact the taking a knee gesture was suggested by a US military veteran to honor the fallen after the initial sit in protests.

He's legitimately better than Ramsdale but they'll never make that change unless there is an extended period of Ramsdale being a disaster.

They certainly won’t barring injury. And for what it’s worth if they did make a change he’d be crucified his first mistake. He can absolutely be our keeper in 2026 though so hope he moves again in a couple years and becomes the regular somewhere. His talent warrants a #1 shirt somewhere good.

I don’t know why but this made me laugh more than it should have. Couple gin and tonics in tonight probably has something to do with it.

Mason Mount is the most overrated player England have had since Declan Rice. You all overrate everyone. Your best player can’t even get off the bench.

It isn't surprising that a guy who plays in a lesser league and has made his name playing against lower level CONCACAF sides is struggling with a faster game than what he's used to. Getting megged twice is a bad sign for a CB and the miscues extend beyond that. Azmoun and Taremi are a clear step up from what he plays normally and we'll need him to step up with it.

There are many people that feel with good intentions that it is disrespectful to not stand for a national anthem, any national anthem, and that to intentionally disregard that is intentional disrespect. It is ok for people to have different opinions but that is the other opionion.
