Groundshare?

Player Valuation: £50m
Again the groundshare has hit the news.

I'm for the first time seeing this as a good option for the club. The Kirkby deal just seems to uninspire me, especially the part about a 'midrange budget' stadium.

I just can't get places like the riverside, majeski and pride park out of my mind.

So we if we go in partnership we could stay in the city and play in a fantastic stadium.

I've got to admit that after being vehemently against sharing with Liverpool, the option of it, if indeed it exists, is more attractive to me than Kirkby.

I really don't know whats most appealing. Kirkby or sharing a seat with a cretin.

I may be feasible in Bradley's little world but I don't think this could ever happen. Well, I hope not.

Riverside, Pride Park and Madejski are all poorly designed and 20/30,000 less capacity. Wouldn't worry about that.

Only concern with Kirkby detail is the whole retail park bit, but realistically, can we do it any other way?

I know the proposed site very, very well. And it wont be in the middle of nowhere like the Riverside, Madejski and Pride Park, plenty of housing etc about.

It would only work as equal partners and thats not possible but if the Russian chap buys Bill out why not build a ground in the city to appease the KEIOC also a top class one to help me get over leaving my beloved GoodisonBut in all honesty I would accept any thing to stop this second rate ground we are getting or not getting as the rumours change day to day I just want a ground that we can be proud of in the city if possible if not fine as long as it has the wow factor rather than the yuk one I get looking at the present second rate effort on offer,

those stadiums are poorly designed for sure! and mid range budget.

we know that ours will be mid range... so only the design can save it from being souless. four big stands is a start. if they can design it so the acoustics work well it will do the job.

the retail park is a bit crap, but i'm not too bothered about that.

i just wonder how many supporters are warming to a groundshare with kirkby the only other option as it stands.

my first choice would be a redeveloped goodison park on an enlarged footprint, second choice would be a shared stadium (as long as it's completely equitable), third choice a new stadium preferably in the city. but whichever option we take has to be on the basis of supporting the manager's team-building through the generation of additional funds, unfortunately kirkby doesn't seem to meet this criteria.

kirkby or no kirkby

groundshare or no groundshare

it's tricky business being a blue these days.

Groundshare would be the best option. Why have 2 good stadiums when you can have one great one? (and in liverpool!)

Just Warren Bullshitter sorry Bradley sounding off again with some pointless soundbite about him actually doing something. He should be a keioc member he speaks so much rubbish
