Whilst working from home today I watched a couple of older WWE DVDs.

New Years Revolution 2006.

The one where Edge cashes in the first money in the bank at the end of the Elimination Chamber match.
Decent PPV actually.

And

Summerslam 2003

The one with an Elimination Chamber at the end and Goldberg batters everyone until HHH sneaks a win. I'd say this was the best Elimination Chamber match ever.


I do miss good wrestling.

Wouldn't argue with them views Ijj mate, I've spent the past 2 nights watching the Best of In Your House Blu Ray for a nice little 90's nostalgic kick. It's hosted by former backstage announcer Todd Pettingill and features two of my all time favourite multi man matches in the Hart Foundation v Team Austin from Canadian Stampede and Austin/Owen Hart/Cactus Jack/Chainsaw Charlie v Triple H/New Age Outlaws/Savio Vega from No Way Out 98. One of the Blu Ray bonuses is the IYHegeneration X match between Michaels and Ken Shamrock a few weeks after the Screwjob after which Owen makes a surprise run in to attack HBK with both taking really reckless bumps from the apron (Michaels goes through the Spanish table after being shoved then Owen just dives on his prone body from the apron and almost cracks Shawn's ribs from the impact)

Was watching WCW Great American Bash 1992 recently

Good wrestling but it's a pretty dull show. Sometimes you need a bit of razzamattaz and this show is sorely lacking in it, being that it's during Bill Watts reign of terror as head booker

Hated that Rumble as a whole, really speaking if Eddie hadn't died, Mysterio wouldn't have won it let alone set the all time record for longest stay
