Oh and @ijjysmith I actually thought Simon Dean was a good cheap heat heel.

Totally a lower card character, but hey those sort of characters are good for putting guys over

I thought Bobby Lashley debuting and destroying Dean was really effective in getting him over. The fact he then force fed him 100 cheese burgers was a good way for the Simon Dean character to get his commupence

Found this quite funny - an Arab-American gimmick wrestler named Muhammad Hassan basically cuts promo after promo saying nothing but the absolute truth...

... and is booed out of the building with USA chants to boot because of it.

I liked him at the time. Him and his manager/tag-team partner Daivari got pied off after the London bombings.

I liked the heel Cena that first came on the scene. I even enjoyed the hammy raps he used to do.

Now he just bores the living bejesus out of me.

Bring back Tyson Tomko I say.

Same here mate. I just turn it off now when he's on and turn it back 20 minutes later. I'm sure he's to kids today as Hogan was to us and it was entertaining to watch in them days but that type of character doesn't age well. You can guarantee that if WCW was still around that Cena wouldn't still be a face. Even people got bored of Hogan in the end. I always thought they should of turned him heel at MITB in Chicago against Punk. That would of made him interesting again.

Absolutely love that man. MAKE IT HAPPEN, VINCE! And not just a 'mania match, but a storyline with a good build up please.

Interview with Punk btw if anyone's interested. I miss him.

He eventually got sacked because they did an angle where he set a group of balaclava wearing men in cammo trousers to attack the Undertaker and choke him with a piano wire. Probably would have got away with it, but they aired it the same day as the London 7/7 bombings. He was finished after that and was subsequently "killed off" by The Undertaker. Literally. Was thrown off the stage and was shown on the floor in a broken heap, never to be seen again

Ah, wrestling
