Just not interesting to me at the moment.

Think about your favourite TV show, but they take away all your favourite characters, and replace them with not as good ones, and put them in rubbish story lines.

Sound like a weird cross breed of Danial Bryan and Sheamus.
 
Connor, sorry to disapoint but no TNA is poor, poor, poor! Its so bad that people like me who are used to the rubbish they put out have had enough. Sure they put on some really good match's but the whole reality tv setup just don't work. There are a couple of guys worth a watch but in all honesty its an elephants graveyard for pro wrestlers. Dixie Carter may be the stupidest woman in the biz (and I include steph mac in that!).
 
Anyone know where to find the ratings for WWE at the moment? It'd be interesting to see if they have plummeted over the last month as they definitely should have done. Last two weeks particularly have been utter turd.

You'd have to think really low wouldn't you mate?

I flicked through Impact earlier, and yeah terrible. Bit more interesting but that's probably because it's all new to me. I'll give it another go though.

Fair enough. I guess I just naively thought it'd be a series of Hollywood movie scripts so would always keep the fans on the edge of their seats. I remember watching WCW(?!) c1992 a bit on late night TV when I was 16 or so

Well it is tough for them mate. They have to keep both old and young fans happy which is actually quite tough. Just at the moment the young uns are getting their main man on the top. Which sucks.

And his main bad guy is badly badly Adam.

But i'm going to give TNA a go. WWE has me badly disillusioned at the moment.

I have an Impact sky+'d and ready to watch.

A few things to help me out:

- How on earth id Bubba Ray Dudley their champ? He is woeful. Especially in singles. Isn't he?

- Aces and 8's. What do I need to know here?

- What exactly is Hogan's role and how often does he appear?

- Is AJ Styles still as phenomenal as when I gave TNA a chance a few years back?

Bubba Ray has actually got really good since leaving WWE. His promos have been the highlights of some of the shows. His in ring is also much better than it used to be. He's great at getting the crowd riled up.

Aces and Eight's are an evil biker gang made up of WWE cast offs. They aren't that great, but I've seen worse

Hogan is trouble shooting authority figure. It looks like he's going to have a match with Bubba at some point. He's pretty much the focus of the show right now

AJ is still good and they are trying to do the Sting angle from back in WCW, where he's a loner and you don't know who's side he's on. Again, I've seen worse but it isn't that great

Guys and gals to look out for would be Christopher Daniels, Kazarian, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode and Gail Kim. All good wrestlers and enjoyable characters on the show itself
 
I think the WWE needs to have a real shake up of there company. Everything from the writers, to the characthers, even need to revamp the stage. It's become so stale it's unreal. The storylines are so dull, the talent ain't that talented no more. Soon as someone starts getting over with the crowd they squash them and stick them on livewire or whatever it's called these days. Daniel Bryan only thing worth watching these days and they have turned him into a joke. What happended to guys like Ryder and Santino Marella who seemed to be going somewhere. Santino not the greatest wrestler, but his promos were funny then they turned him into a massive joke. They bill Mark Henry as the worlds strongest man but have him lose a strong man competition to Sheamus. Everything is to predictable these days. remember back in the day when mid carders would turn heel or face and it would go somewhere, now nothing, they stay the same for year after year after year. Might as well watch Raw from 2 years ago cos it'sthe same thing happening now. Bring back unpredicatable shows and not ones you know what will happen 3 weeks in advance.
