Wasn't that match just build up to Hogan vs Vince at Mania? So it made sense for Rock to win that in a screwjob finish.

It was yeah (weirdly watched that Hogan Vince match just today!)

I digress. It was to set up that match. But we didnt know that. They could do the same thing again. With Rock beating Cena via Vince's help, and set up a Vince Cena feud.

Great match though. If Hardy wasn't such a junkie and could have cut a decent promo he'd have been a far bigger star than he was.

I was watching loads of old Hardyz vs Dudleys tag matches on YouTube and came across that. Awesome match.

And you're dead right about Jeff. Could have been an all time great.

Jeff's WWE title reign gets forgotten a lot because it only lasted a month or so for it to set up the piss poor Matt heel turn at the Rumble and subsequent Hardy feud that went through Mania and Extreme Rules

His World Heavyweight title reigns are more memorable because of the feud with CM Punk, highlighted by the awesome main event at Summerslam 09

Jeffs feud with CM Punk was absolutely amazing, one of my favourite ever.

I always remember I bought tickets to see WWE in Liverpool and was absolutely gutted because Jeff failed a wellness test and was suspended for 30 days, two days before the tour!

Jeff was amazing, I'd love to see him back in the WWE. He couldn't cut a promo, but neither could countless other stars.
