Subterranean ale cavern par excellence. 24 cask and keg beers on this evening. I'm on Red Sorachi from Gloucester. Absolute stunner of a keg ale.
@coollino
It used to be the cellar for another bar next door, but I can't remember what that was, nor can anyone in here! lolThat what its called now? Cant remember what it was before, part of the Grannary? @ste d' indica

After being neglected for a long while King St is now the "Beermuda Triangle".Could be any of them. That road is hollow with all the old sherry cellars under it. Like St Nicks is.
Best road for a crawl in my youth was King Street. Ending up in The Grannary, which was probably closed as a rock music venue before you moved there. Was epic.
Name a band, literally, any band, from the 70s and 80s, and I bet they played there.

Three Tuns is a smashin pub, they do a great bluegrass night. Yep, I know the Highbury Vaults well, terrific beer garden.Kinell, only been in one of them mate! Three Tuns.
Looks a fantastic night out in town these days. You must have tried the Highbury Vaults, and some of them pubs top of Blackboy Hill. Filled with knackered and mainly rubbish footballers after games on The Downs on Saturday and Sunday!
Good days.

Got a look of a 'gin palace' about it, that one! The rest look sound too, but that's the one most reminds me of some Liverpool alehouses - have they all got 'tabs' in? (Or whatever the bookies are in NSW??)
