Haha ate 700g of salmon for lunch. Low carb that ffs. I hope it doesn't come up later today since got two footy games to play. If I manage to go play futsal tomorrow I've managed a nice five days of sport in a row in my way back to being in shape. Then heavy drinking and attending a hipst3r festival on the weekend, then hopefully back on to track.
 
I was fuming when I got there. I'd picked up a 50 cent coin instead of a pound so had to choose between a drink or a locker.

Lugging my bag around makes me look like a tit.


Hahaha, I guess you chose the drink, in hindsight was that a good choice?

i've got a bike and cross trainer... I've not been able to go on it for a while, coz i snapped my tendons in my foot. As sad as it will sound, I've missed going on it.
 
I just finished a cinnamon roll with raisins. Who put feckin' raisins in a cinammon roll FFS!!!!

On another note, one of my good good friends just finished her first IronMan yesterday. 15 hours...not a bad time for her first attempt!!!!!
