I'd swerve creatine til you're back into it and got into a bit of shape, even then only take it two months on, two months off.
Creatine doesnt do it for me.
Ok after a summer of heavy drinking it's time to get fit again. I'ven't been to the gym for atleast eight months. Just some random jog and football.
Are anyone of you into supplements?
Took ****loads last fall after trying to get back from my double leg fracture. Thinking of maybe taking some creatine again.
Which doesn't really do anything if I get horribly drunk each weekend and dehydrate.

Just exercise and eat a healthy diet. Save your money.
2 mile run yesterday and today..
I may be massively stating the obvious here.
But mixing oats in with your protein shake is a good cheap way to get a bit more size.
I usually have oats before I go to bed if I'm training the following morning. It's a slow release of carbs, works for me.

.Chico, I was more thinking in the lines of taking creatine for a few days and then hitting the gym. Since my approach is more like taking random **** so that it'd be one more reason to hit the gym instead of swerving it.
My normal diet is mostly meat and pasta or potatoes. Bread, yoghurt and fruit for minor needs.
I think it's pretty OK.
Today for breakkie I ate some bread with ham and cheese. For lunch I had 240 grams of beef, 300 grams of potatoes and a tomato. I normally don't use sauce coz I'm cooking for myself. Prolly drank one and a half pints of milk with that. Later on today I'll prolly eat some bread with ham and cheese and some fruit.
If I feel like losing weight or having just generally ate too much lately then I'll just have some salad and tuna. And milk. I like milk.
Would be great if it'd be Milk El Arteta. Or something. Cheese is a good form of milk.
I'd like to write more since that'd help me avoid gym for a couple more minutes but I guess I just need to stop writing and just hit it.
