Good work mate. Running and core strength are important in old age. If you can keep them good then you'll be set.

I walked 9 miles on friday, was quite chuffed with that

Also, I chinned 42.5kg today, which is a new PB for me, boom.
 
Yes mate, I'm pleased with it to be honest. My target has always been 50, which I doubt I will ever get, but you know, movin' improvin'.
 
So what's that 10 reps? Is that on some chin up machine with a counter weight or something?
 
One rep mate, 10 reps would be absolutely insane. With a belt hanging off my waist with the weights on. I'm ghetto, no machines for me mate.
 
I see, yeah that is actually pretty good hey. You must be like a butterfly with those huge lats.
 
I done a fair bit with the dumbells today.

Ok after a summer of heavy drinking it's time to get fit again. I'ven't been to the gym for atleast eight months. Just some random jog and football.

Are anyone of you into supplements?
Took ****loads last fall after trying to get back from my double leg fracture. Thinking of maybe taking some creatine again.
Which doesn't really do anything if I get horribly drunk each weekend and dehydrate.
