Went the gym today first time in about 3 weeks.

Had a headache and felt sick after! Need to keep it up.

I am 11st 7 now, down from 13st 8 ish.

Superb that mate.

Final exam on Wednesday, ending 3 weeks of no workouts and eating regular takeaways and absolute junk food! Luckily my weight has stayed pretty much the same, decreased a couple of lbs but thats water loss I think as I've stopped the creatine.

Cannot wait to get back on wednesday afternoon

Once I'm 11 stone, a content weight. I'll be asking about protein shakes and lifting weights.

I literally have no clue, I've done cardio to shift the blubber like, which was hard but easy if that makes sense as it only required some discipline.

Your blood sugar crashed, that's the most likely reason

Ease into it. First session back, just go through the motions.

When I start back I literally just do a light warm up and then go home. Second session is about the same. And then after that I'll start building it up. You get further faster by taking it easy at the start.

I did similar during my exams, I lost a little weight though. Although I did manage to eat well I just didn't eat enough.

Loving having 4 meals a day at the moment!

Not trained properly for about 3 weeks, probably only getting one a week in. Had a couple of colds and stuff straight after each other and been under a lot of pressure in work, some soft excuses too. I will probably train twice this week then back to 4 or 5 next week.

Nice one Mad, I felt truly awful.

Tomorrow will be less brutal I hope!

How'd your exams go mate?

Im looking forward to being off and going TF in the morning before all the bells in vests and snapbacks get there of an evening

Hahaha. That place is RIDDLED with them!

I think they went alright mate cheers. I've got 5 modules in total and had exams in 4 of them. Got 80% in one of them which I was chuffed with, making the module 70%. The module I didn't have an exam in I got 71%, so good as well!

How about you?

A good analogy to think about is that of a sun tan. If you nip out into the sun with your milky white skin, you'll burn quite badly. If you go out for a few minutes (ignore the fact there's suntan cream for a second), and build up over a week or so, you'll be able to tolerate the sun and start to develop a good tan. Unless you've got red hair or look like death to start with.

Your body needs to be prepped for the stress of exercise, because that's what exercise is; it's a stress. Once you've prepped it you can pretty much throw the kitchen sink at it.

Been a bit of a struggle tbh! Left it far too late but hopefully should get a 2:1 overall

Also, some hench in my Gym said I have enough fat to turn that into muscle on my stomach, Is there actually any machines which can help me doing this?

I've been going now for around a month and can tell the difference in my arms and shoulders (a tiny bit).
It's just this bloody stomach!

the stomuch muscle is under the fat, to see the abs you need to get your body fat low.
