I'm starting to into shape on tuesday, do you have any advice on what machines etc I should use?
Mines only a little bit on the stomach.
You are or you lift?76kG!!!!
Only managed he gym twice this week since Monday, will be in tommorrowz
Dunno how much weight you want to shift, but cardio is the best way of burning calories. As the weather's improving, maybe run or cycle to the gym so you get some cardio before you hit the weights.
You are or you lift?
Fair enough mate. I'm about 84 but quite squat sadly. How tall are you?No, I am. I don't lift. That's next. I do a little bit of weights, about 40 odd. As I said, I don't lift yet..
Have problems with just running mate. Feels weird and awkward to me. I need to be chasing a ball or something or just feel like a nobhead.
Treadmills and bikes are ok.
Ideally looking to shift a stone, two at a push bit there's no rush really.

Aye, fair enough. Needs to be something you enjoy. Don't much care for running either.
To put it into perspective though. To lose 1lb of fat you need to burn around 2-3,000 calories more than you eat.
Alot of fad diets see you losing water etc. which is why it's hard to sustain things.
As I'm a shade over 57kg, I can confirm that cycling does the trick for keeping slim![]()
That's the same as me, just. Sound a healthy weight tbh mate given your height. I need to do more cardio in the week I think.5ft 11! Not tall! HA!
