Right, mission starts here. Need to get down to 12 stone by July. I'm just under 15 now.

Christ this is going to suck.

Gone down from 17 and a bit to just over 16 since the Saints game. It sucks ass big time especially when 90% of GOT is people talking about boss food they are scoffing

And that gravy, don't forget the gravy

I was in your gym the other day (Total Fitness?). My mate is a member and had a free pass. I kind of wish I hadn't gone now as it blows the two gyms I go to out of the water. There's a fair few scallys in there though!

My gym work and eating have improved massively over the last few weeks and I'm fairly satisfied with my progress. Got myself back up to about 12 stone 9 too.

Training has gone really well over the past week. Done several hard tempo sessions of around 42km in an hour to prepare for the Alpes in June.

Could really use some sunshine though as all this cold and damp is no fun.

Yeah thats mine mate, its pretty good to be honest! But yeh i agree about the scallys depends what time you go though i guess, i go in the mornings mainly and its full of old people so the free weights and benches etc are empty so its sound (y)

The free weights section is really good actually, plenty of benches and dumbells. I don't like machines you see. The scallys made me laugh though, they were nearly all doing arms or chest yet had big guts!

I ran two miles earlier and reading this post has made me want to comfort eat.

I took my mountain bike out yesterday for a jolly....not for speed but just for distance and clocked 21 miles in 1 hour 50 mins.... was pleased with that.....burned 1545 calories too,,,so my sport tracker tells me..... Today I took my roadbike out, not ideal conditions as it's quite windy but thought I would chose a difficult circuit ( lots of ups and downs ) but stick at a steady pace....I clocked just under 15 miles in an hour, burning off 1099 calories in the process. Like you I can't wait for some decent weather though to really get into it properly this year.
