Cleared out my shed today, only have my weight bench and weights in there now. Going to add more isolation weights to my training. Chest, back and triceps tomorrow then straight to no gi BJJ.
 
Just walking out of the gym, dave whelan walking in on my way out (he owns the place (not DW Fitness, a private country club), he was not happy that I was donning the black everton top, face like thunder.
 
I did a mixture of back and chest today, alternating without rest, with a bit of core at the end.

I was sweating like a pigs arse but it was a good workout.
 
I've been going to the gym for two weeks now, 5 days a week.

10 minutes on the bike.
30 minutes on the cross trainer.
10 minutes on the rowing machine.

And every now and again some weights.
 
Anyone think they can lift a lot of weight on the leg press?

Just a three mile run today. Been a good week of exercise. A six mile run followed by two nights of footy and then the three miles.

In bits. Legs on fire. Ffs.

You need to get on the protein shakes ads lid.

Or get someone to give you a good rub-down.
 
100km ride this morning. Quite a few more lads and ladettes out in lycra this morning. Olympics inspired no doubt. Pity the weather is still ****e though. Can't wait to get home from a ride dry rather than dripping wet.
 
120km ride today in just under 4 hours around a lumpy loop. Last long ride before heading to the Alpes. That was around 2,700 calories burnt for all you weight watchers. Cycling for the win :lol:
