You link all sorts of stuff off the internet, studies etc, and present them as fact. I could find you at least five articles now promoting the use of protein shakes (non advertising) and then five articles saying they're sh*te and then five more claiming proof that aliens put devices in people's heads.
Nowt to do with studies though mate, just read the nutritional label on the side to see how much protein is in a pint of milk vs a serving of protein shake 

Aye, more fat in milk, but you can go skimmed if you want low fat. Dunno about a limit of protein in one helping but know there is a limit on carbs per hour.
