I done a 2 and a half hour gym seshion yesterday and played 2 hours football last night , the day before I did a 2 hour gym sesh.... today I did'nt feel too good at all, overdone it yesterday I think....i'm 36 years old now !! lol...... had a gentle 5 mile bike ride earlier just to loosen up my leg muscles a bit but I'm gonna have a complete rest toorrow as I'm going away for the day to watch my teams cup final...hopefully I shall be drinking to 2 good wins tomorrow evening....COYB.
