Gonna start eating breakfast tomorrow hopefully. Think working for 4 hours before I eat is making retain fat, especially as I start at 5am.
Also I'm gonna be playing footy Saturdays and Tuesdays, and once the aching dies down in a few weeks might start running on a Thursday. I'm 5'11, 12st4 and probably should be a stone lighter given my frame. I'm supposed to be fast but recently I feel like I'm giving piggybacks when I try to sprint.
