Gonna start eating breakfast tomorrow hopefully. Think working for 4 hours before I eat is making retain fat, especially as I start at 5am.
Also I'm gonna be playing footy Saturdays and Tuesdays, and once the aching dies down in a few weeks might start running on a Thursday. I'm 5'11, 12st4 and probably should be a stone lighter given my frame. I'm supposed to be fast but recently I feel like I'm giving piggybacks when I try to sprint.
 
The Mrs has started her "cainbridge" diet (bit like slim fast) , and not to be out done I'm gonna go for it for the next 10-12 weeks (off to Egypt ya see ).

Need to lose the moobs and beer belly , I work 4 nights a week and these days are gonna be no problem for as I'll have cerial and fruit in the afternoon before work and again at about 10pm while at work. Its my days off that are gonna be my downfall, Wed, Thurs and Friday nights usally consist of fatty spicy foods and copious amounts of beer.

I have limited myself to 8 cans for the 3 nights (down from about 18) , and Iv gone to a low-fat tikka sorce made with chicken breast. I have also got myself NO crisps , now this is a biggy for me as I can happly munch through 3-4 packs a day.

Any advice would be good esspecially if it tastes like Mexican lol

Honestly, i am a machine.

No shame in that mate, they're the best of all Walkers flavours in my opinion. Dangerously addictive.

I can't remember the last time I went a day without eating at least 1 packet of crisps.
 
Anyone tried the 100 pushups challenge?

It's a 6 week programme with the ultimate goal being, surprisingly, to do 100 pushups in 1 go. You do a test at the beginning to find your level and it tells you how many to do each set and each session. Each set only takes 10-15 mins so you should be able to squeeze one in if you're busy. Even if you don't manage the 100 at the end you'll be a lot fitter and stronger.

I'm up to week 4 and I can do loads more than I could at the start. It's getting ****ing hard though!

im a stone heavier than you and same height, i was 15 stone. one more stone to go... i am approx 13.3...
 
Since breaking my foot and toes 6 weeks ago I've not been able to do any exercise, just had the ok from the consultant though to go full weight bearing so can start back at the gym.

Good job as I've put on 5kg in the last 6 weeks, now 84.5, need to get back to 78-79........

Started this today with the intention of doing the Mon, Wed, Fri schedule they suggest. Not gonna say how many I started with as it was pathetic but hopefully I'll improve without too much of the anticipated pain

Will start that too, probs won't do me any harm, right?

Oh and no gym today for me, as I can barely move and feel the epic fatigue from yesterday's full day of footy. Slept 16hrs and still tired, FFS FFS FFS

16 hours!!!!!!!!! **** me I cant sleep over 5 !!!! FFS
