Biked to work this morning. Head wind. Gonna fly home, then up gym for run and rowing machine, sweating out pure Sapporo from a heavy Bank holiday weekend.
 
Went bouldering for the first time last night, absolutely superb fun!

And oh my lord, the arses on most of the girls who go there...
 
Just got back from the gym. I did a really long back session and then thought afterwards I'd go for a swim. I haven't swam properly in years and was a little tired by this point but thought "Nah, I'll just do 10 minutes and then go in the sauna. I'll be sound". I got in and was going well just doing the front crawl and was like "Yeah, this isn't too bad actually, I could get back in to this!". I'd not even completed 3 lengths before my body felt like it was made of lead. I got to the end and just got out, feeling a bit dizzy. I hope no one noticed.
 
Chest is getting towards the strongest it's been in a while. Good stuff. Got to do the chicken legs today. I really wish my gym hadn't moved the squat racks to right in the middle of the gym FFS. I was quite happy in the corner where not many people could see me and my matchstick legs thank you very much.
 
Liverpool rock n roll marathon number has come. Suppose I will have to bite the bullet and do it. Could be a bit of a car crash for me so will take it easy and enjoy it.
 
No training for me lately - Been as sick a dog with food poisoning all week. Barely been able to crawl from the bed to the bathroom. :(
