Just finished watching a BBC Natural World documentary on the honey badger. Wow. I'm absolutely staggered by their aggression, bravery and their immense intelligence. Unbelievable animals.

This is worth a watch
Boy Interrupted on Youtube
Boy Interrupted looks at the life of Evan Perry a 15-year-old boy from New York who committed suicide in 2005. The film made by his parents Dana and Hart examines how Evan's bipolar disorder and depression affected his life and the life of his family

Just watch this about the attempted overthrow of Hugo Chavez in 2002. Shows how powerful the media can be

Has anyone mentioned Anvil yet? Or the Ramones documentary, End of the Century. Beautiful Dreamer, about Brian Wilson's personal journey back to sanity and the completing of SMiLE, 35 years on, too.

All fabulous.

watching a documentary on Al Jazeera now. Apparently the coverage of muslims/Islam in the British media has increased by 270% since 2006. And 91% of that coverage is negative - some of it also untrue.

...just catching up with the documentary 'David Beckham into the Unknown'. I know he's not everybody's cup of tea, but this confirms my own personal view that he's a top bloke. Great insight, from drinking Guinness with his pals to loving his kids to bits. Recommended.

There was a documentary on BBC 4 this evening 'The Girl who talked to Dolphins'

Very bizarre. Its back on at 0150am and recommend recording it. It could well have been sensationalized but they dealt with the subject matter brilliantly.

Watched an odd one last night, Over Your Cities Grass Will Grow. It's all about a German "industrial artist", guy called Anselm Kiefer, I had no idea who he was but apparently he's massively well known in modern art, pieces sell for a fortune. So he bought an old factory complex in France and set about building a massive art installation of multiple pieces, some like building sized, constructed mainly out of the rubble and detritus he found there. At first I thought it was completely OTT but as you saw some of the pieces come together and him and his team at work, some themes and method started to come through. I was quite impressed by the end of it. Wouldn't want any of it in the house though.

Just watched Louis Theroux: Extreme Love: Dementia on Netflix. Very interesting look on how people cope when a loved on gets dementia it was rather sad hearing about people's lives being ripped apart because of this awful illness
