Cheers, man - I'm sure I can recall some great stories. He saw Finney and Sir Stan and the great Arsenal team of the 30's. Shame he never got to see many matches after the war. I used to ask him about the war: I'd get so far and he'd stop it there. He was a mortar man for the Princess Anne Guards.

AKB: Arsene knows best. Yup, nice shiny stadium, 400m in the shareholders pocket, no investment, only profit. Decent players busting a gut to leave. Don't you think something is a bit odd there?

A bit, but the players arnt leaving because Arse are s***, they are getting triple the wages, which Wenger/board wont pay. Cant blame them for that. I think the difference is that you have lost players at the peak of their careers recently, Nasri & RVP, obvious examples, where before, the guys leaving were mainly getting on, Berkamp, Vierra, Pettie, etc.

Do they take dividends, is the pay off in the eventual sale share price, or are there other creative ways of taking the profit out, much like other boards we know* might use ?
 
Just as a side, I follow a decent Arsenal fan On twitter, Darrenarsenal think his name is. Very receptive, and knowledgeable.
 
Lads, the board take everything - they sell to balance the books, pay the laon etc, while coining in the profits off the mugs who pay in buy the merchandise etc. Kronke has a history of asset stripping in the USA - he owns many teams. He doesn't own my club. My club waits for that parasite to feck off with his lying lackey Wenger. That [Poor language removed] sells a dream, based on lies, for the morons to suck up -- this guy gets 7.5m a year not to tell the truth. I hope the corperation that has AFC name lose every feckin game under that low life. What kills me is: you get goons who moan about having the Michael taken out of them, yet buy a season ticket and merchandise!!! FFS. Talk about having an IQ of less than 65. These scum will never sod off until sheeple wake the heck up. Now, I'm getting angry.
