I'd cross off Robinson and Connolly too. Baningime and William's might both be gone after getting a look in preseason. I imagine Dowell, Lookman, Onyekuru, Holgate, Kenny and Davies are all with a year or two of having a decision made about them as long term options.

I just counted 17 to offload plus another 2 of the younger ones on loan. So 19. Probably 5/6 to bring in. So that's a squad of around 23.

Indeed, leaves us a little light. But it’s not like we’re realistically shifting 20 players in a window anyway, with so many of them dross. We can dream, but the likes of Walcott/Schneiderlin are likely here for another season at least.
