Something tells me he won't get the most serious charge of second degree murder.
I read that even if he does, and it carries a term of up to 40 years, he'll likely only serve a maximum of 10 anyway. Crazy.
Desperate for justice to be served here.
That's the only one where you could rationally argue that maybe he's not guilty of it.
It's because of the bars you have to hurdle over to get certain verdicts, and if there's any reasonable doubt that he simply 'erred', murder without mens rea, then that charge might not stick.
But for me, he's guilty of everything. As soon as he decided to keep his knee there after he was restrained, that's a decision of intent and therefore murder.
