It trivialized the movement. Before the Chaz BLM was all over the timeline, all my friends would talk about it and everyone was gung-ho about getting things done. Now everyone is just sick of it as we are getting absolutely nowhere, and it all started with the Chaz. It gave Trump his excuse to get the feds involved and here we are, talking about trivial nonsense instead of police brutality and how to fix the problem.

Couldn't agree more

look at all these far left, communist millennial trouble makers!

Police in Minneapolis say a man known as "Umbrella Man", seen damaging property in the city during the Black Lives Matter protests, has links to white supremacy groups.

Oh dear.

I am certainly no fan of Joe Rogan's, but this clip was picked up by David Pakman and nicely analysed with Rogan in credit. Also, an interesting point made by Pakman about the dislikes Rogan videos will get the less right wing he is.

I like the monopoly analogy very much.
Ben Shapiro is a prime example of someone who talks a lot, with authority, but scratch the surface a little bit and you will see it’s all nonsense. Has made a fortune from it.

Haven't listened to much of him, but I personally don't mind Rogan tbh. No idea why he engenders those almost marmite-esque feelings among people

He’s Charismatic enough, but giving platforms for the likes of sub human Alex Jones to spout their BS is pretty dumb I think. Got a few mates who love him.
Always looks like he’s badly in need of a shower.

Partly because the more popular a platform the more critique it will garner which pushes against the popularity and creates that love/hate divide, his fanboys are insidious and will excuse any critique and swarm any comments section the same way elon musk fanboys do. Also Partly in my opinion because he can be very lazy in terms of research on his guests and their beliefs, which might make for a jovial interview (90% of which are right wing leaning white males) but also allows dangerous individuals like gavin mcinnes to have a 7 figure viewing platform unchallenged.

Yeah his fanboys tend to be more loathsome than he is.
