The rumor started on Twitter and began at $10M. It has somehow grown to $11M paid to the entertainers by the Harris campaign. There is no evidence of this in campaign financial reports.

It's a shame. I think Allred ran a crap campaign, personally. It was almost exclusively TV with very little retail work.
That said, the Electoral College and gerrymandering make some states like mine a relatively low-voter participation state.
