So in the past few days, she’s done this, proposed some sort of laughable “national divorce” in which red states would be able to secede from The Union and somehow retain the full protection of the US military, but allow their WalMarts the freedom to not stock the sex toys next to the toothbrushes, and then what you linked about losing your voting rights for a period if you move between states.

It would be nice to laugh her off as an idiot, but Hannity ran a segment about the pros of secession last night on FoxNews, so you know the mouthbreathers will be mainlining this BS on a nightly basis.

Murdoch and Co will not be into secession and folks like Hannity will fall in line

Benjamin Sachs, a labor law professor at Harvard (Harvard the capital of labour's stuggles against the man) , admits to some surprise that several supposedly progressive companies are using hardball anti-union tactics.

WAIT A MINUTE CORPORATIONS ARE NOT THE BENELOVENT OVERLORDS WE EXPECTED??? AFTER THE PRIDE MONTH FLASH SALE I THOUGHT BEZOS AND I SHARED THE SAME VALUES.

Big fan of Bernie.
Bit of a hypocrite for me. Self proclaimed socialist who is a career politician and owns 3 homes, is worth over $3mil, and is also on record saying something like “If you write a book, you can be a millionaire too.” Pretty capitalist thing to say imo. He has a different message than some but he’s still a politician.

It's really not hypocritical to be rich and want to help others out of poverty

Then why did he not personally do that? It’s easy to say others should do it, but as the poster child for anti rich, maybe he didn’t need that third house and could’ve helped others with that money? After all, isn’t that what socialism is? Career politician. Spreads a message but I’m not sure he actually backs it up.

Well aside from the fact that he probably gives a lot of money to charitable causes, let's have a look at this statement.

You said he's worth 3 million. That's comparatively a lot of money next to someone who is poor, but a drop in the ocean when you're talking about the vast swathes of corporate wealth he is discussing. Someone with a net worth of 3 million isn't going to be able to close the insane wealth gulf in the USA, they're not going to get the millions of people living in poverty and working low-pad jobs on a living wage, they're not going be able to prevent people forking out insane sums of money into their broken healthcare system just to stay alive.

These are all systemic issues that one man, even one with 3 houses, isn't going to be able to do anything about. People aren't poor because Bernie Sanders has 3 houses, they are poor because there are many facets of the US system that either don't help people achieve a good quality of living or actively suppress their opportunities to do so. WhY DoEsnT He PaY DeM is such a blatantly facile argument that I'm actually quite surprised you made it.
