You’d think regardless, any decent employer would still include things like this in the plans they offer to their employees. Then again, Texas.

There will be many (especially smaller companies) that wouldn't have been able to afford to fight it that will now change their insurance plan.

Saw it after the Hobby Lobby birth control ruling as well.
 

I can't see that holding up on appeal. The government has the right to regulate insurers and set basic coverage standards under the interstate commerce clause. It also has the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to fall back on.

If it could not do this, the ACA would have been tossed. I think Kavanaugh is the fifth vote here to 0p
