100% should we be introducing better voting rights/protection legislation, but as it relates to the filibuster, you could probably have reversed those numbers 4 years ago when the Democrats were using the filibuster tactic. So anyway ThedaCare sued the other hospital Asencion for an injunction preventing the RNs and radiology techs from leaving. However because y'know free markets, at will employment and all that the judge threw the case right out of the courtroom ruled that the RNs don't have to go back to their jobs at ThedaCare but Asension isn't allowed to hire them.
