Watching the Powell Q&A with the financial services committee, and the main thing of note is that our political leaders still haven’t figured out how to work zoom in at the last year and a half.
So I recall the time when both conservatives and liberals suggested I needed to read Hillbilly Elegy so I could "understand" rural folk. Always thought it funny it was most likely to be urban conservatives and liberals who never spent any real time outside a major metro area were the ones suggesting I do so.
