What a weakling Mccarthy is. I didn't expect he was going to do anything about Green, after all this is the same guy that was visiting Trump last week and claiming they are going to take the House back in 2022 so he doesn't want to loose her seat.

Our politics is so mind numbingly boring it would be buried onto the final pages of this forum within hours never to be found again.

As for the Proud Boys, I believe they were founded up here by a Canadian. I could be completely wrong on this though.

This could be true but that happens to a lot of threads but it is nice to have one and we could unbury it when need it. Although I'm still not clear how is that threads get closed for further postings. Maybe @RAFUH can clarify this for me.

Can imagine the sense of pride it would spark in young Latina girls seeing themselves represented in one of the most powerful positions in the world. I assume she's already done that in a sense now but it would be incredible for them.

I'd be overwhelmed and im a white woman from England!! Just because it would be wonderful for general working class people to have someone in the position who actually cares, is not in it to make money and doesnt make decisions based on big corp lobbying.

He's not going to lose Greene's seat. She lives in a district that is +20% GOP. If he stands up to her, he stands to lose his role as Minority Leader.

You are right that's probably the main reason. If they are calling for Cheney's head over her Impeachment vote then I imagine they will call for his annihilation if he were to remove Green.
