Well given the President is a huge racist ( and holds similarly bigoted as some members. I’d say it probably reflective of a problem, I wouldn’t necessarily say that was reflective of the other countries you’ve listed. I’m not doubting it doesn’t exist, but they aren’t famous for it.

I would agree that the US overall certainly doesn't meet my subjective criteria as a "truly representative democracy". While no party is perfect, I feel comfortable generalizing the Democrats are more diverse than the Republicans, and that can be deduced from looking at their leadership & membership, and anecdotally, the White House intern photos from Presidents Trump and Obama.

Re the other countries, I would say that the best opinions of the racist tendencies of a country are gained from those who are in the minority, and I have not done any research on those.
