The thing that gets me about this rhetoric is that you are talking about something that is inside somebodies head, that you have no access to. It is a certain section of society that is forcing the ideology on you. That is the side that are anti-trans, they are the ones that are pushing this down your throats. It may get to the point where those individuals who are being attacked have an opinion and voice it.

Also, why do you care what somebody else's passport says. You say that nobody is arsed in Thailand, and that they have it right. Well maybe follow their example and not be arsed about it, but you seem to be arsed about what another person feels, so which is it. Is it right not to be bothered by them or to be bothered by them?
Bingo

I don't know anyone that is arsed by blokes in dresses. You don't find anyone protesting outside the Masquerade or on Canal Street. However, you do see plenty of women protesting about men demanding access to female spaces and female sports, and some people are perturbed by the mutilation of children. Some people also object to having an ideology pushed onto them... or else!

Thailand has it right. Nobody is arsed about the ladyboys, but their passport will continue to display their sex that was recorded at birth, and there is no postmodernist agenda to change that. The ladyboys also accept that they are ladyboys, they don't delude themselves into thinking they have morphed into a real female and then demand that everyone else engages in their delusion.

This is exactly what I put yet get labelled on here as 'transphobic'.

I have absolutely no issue with anyone that is genuinely trans, what I have issue with is the overwhelming denial of science, and the proportion of the 'trans community' masquerading as women to fulfill a fetish in public.

'Autogynephilia is the sexual the proposed paraphilic tendency of someone who is anatomically male to be sexually aroused by the thought of being a female, sometimes framed as a form of gender identity disorder or transvestic fetishism'

A sexually aroused male LEGALLY entitled to access to female only spaces. That's what I take issue with, we can't differentiate genuine sufferers of gender dysphoria with fetishists acting out sexual deviancy in public is what the issue is.

Remember when Andy Cole said he wanted people to stop calling him Andy Cole and start calling him Andrew Cole instead and everyone laughed and carried on calling him Andy? Was that dead naming?

Just curious.

WHy arent you constantly posting about flat-earthers then?

They are much more prevalent than Trans people

I couldn't agree more with this. Let people be! So we shouldn't be bullying people into agreeing with a particular ideology!

You're telling women that sharing their safe spaces with males is a minor issue, but many of women vehemently disagree with you, and I can see why tbh.

'I have to believe whatever you tell me to believe'.

In a nutshell.

You don't have to agree with it - just ignore it - it doesnt effect you, yet, like so many others, you obsess about it!

Trust me, I'm not arsed about anyone's chosen lifestyle. And if someone wants to believe that they can morph into the opposite sex, then that's their prerogative, but we shouldn't be terrorising people that have the temerity to disagree.

And when it comes to ridiculous stuff like male rapists gaining access to female prisons, and male boxers twatting female boxes in the face. Well, I do disagree with that. I consider it to be both ridiculous and dangerous.

The bolded bit is transphobic by the way. Implying that they are sexually deviant is just a horrible way to think about the issue, even if it is referring to a proportion of them. There are deviants in every every society, so why should we be against a whole society because of a few perceived bad eggs. Sounds like you should be anti all humans, not just anti-trans.

It is no different to being against the Asian community because a proportion of them groom kids, or against the Islamic community because some of them are terrorists. It is a bigoted thought process.

Saying that genetically they were born of a certain sex.
They have always felt that their gender is not the same as their birth sex.

These two statements can be said without contradicting each other.

Why should it matter if somebody wants to put female on their passport, how is this going against science. How is this anybody's business but that individual persons.

Here we go again… :coffee:

Do any of you actually know, or are friends with a trans person?
And be honest.
