Just a reminder.

million % this.

The amount of people I know who are angry about blokes in dresses but ignore what happened to the UK over the last 14 years.
It's the same with the likes of Farage, a neo-liberal and Thatcherite, advocates for economic policies that will negatively affect the poorest in society, yet he's popular in those same communities directly impacted by neo-liberal economic policies.

I don't know anyone that is arsed by blokes in dresses. You don't find anyone protesting outside the Masquerade or on Canal Street. However, you do see plenty of women protesting about men demanding access to female spaces and female sports, and some people are perturbed by the mutilation of children. Some people also object to having an ideology pushed onto them... or else!

Thailand has it right. Nobody is arsed about the ladyboys, but their passport will continue to display their sex that was recorded at birth, and there is no postmodernist agenda to change that. The ladyboys also accept that they are ladyboys, they don't delude themselves into thinking they have morphed into a real female and then demand that everyone else engages in their delusion.

Ah,this old waffle. It is a minor, made in to a big a thing in order to continue the attack on people who chose to identify differently to others.

There are countless same sex toilets - nothing to report. THe amount of trans people who actually use women's spaces is tiny, of those, the ones who would be predatory is even more miniscule.

Honestly, the whole trans thing thing feels like this decades rightwing black/gypsy/irish/gay nonsense.

JUst let people be

The thing that gets me about this rhetoric is that you are talking about something that is inside somebodies head, that you have no access to. It is a certain section of society that is forcing the ideology on you. That is the side that are anti-trans, they are the ones that are pushing this down your throats. It may get to the point where those individuals who are being attacked have an opinion and voice it.

Also, why do you care what somebody else's passport says. You say that nobody is arsed in Thailand, and that they have it right. Well maybe follow their example and not be arsed about it, but you seem to be arsed about what another person feels, so which is it. Is it right not to be bothered by them or to be bothered by them?
