The Dany and Tyrion scene was just beautiful
Well, to be honest it isn't that confusing.
There are several people vying for the Iron Throne, all set off by Cersei offing her husband, leaving the throne vacant.
Along the way most of the challengers are killed off. Now we are down to the last couple.
Throw in a couple of side stories and the impending white walker invasion and all is good.
Lots of violence, battle, swear words and nudity. Lots of nudity.

Here is an interesting graphic showing Jon Snow is of Fire and Snow descent. Dani is his Aunt. Bet they get it on in the next series. Not sure where this will leave Bran though? Will he rule Winterfell?
It's wierd really.
they paint dany up as the main character, hence why so many seasons end with her as the final scene. Her becoming queen is ieviteble and i would imagine that is how the throne will end up by the series is over. Dany/the targarians back on the throne after roberts rebellion had stopped them. So technically the show/books will represent what happens in the time between targarians being off the throne.
Anyway, always believed this when i first saw the 'theory' L+R=J that John becomes the other side of things where he is fire and ice. Or at least the title i believe has been dany and john together but the show kinda channels it into fire and ice being specifically john snow. Perhaps it ends up north vs south in the end also, who knows? I doubt it, just a swear loyalty to me john sort of situation like the iron islands will rule themselves.

The fact you wrote L+R=J instead of R+L=J annoys me when it shouldn't lolIt's wierd lollollolreally.

As long as Dani keeps getting her norks out then I'll be watching![]()
I was half expect them to kiss in that scene, with the vibes it was giving off. Would have made for one of the weirder couples of the series. The Dany and Tyrion scene was just beautiful

Is it just me who doesn't maintain the belief that Lyanna was "abducted." I thought that was well accepted, but the show still goes on about the abduction and rape aspect. I mean she was clearly in love with Rhaegar, right? Rhaegar marries Elia Martell to secure an important alliance, but falls in love with Lyanna. Lyanna is betrothed to Robert, but loves Rhaegar. Lyanna runs off with Rhaegar, starting the rebellion because Robert is too thick to see the truth of it. The whole rebellion was a tragedy and the asinine alliances formed afterwards to secure the peace lead directly to the ASOIAF conflict. Its like the War of the Roses meets WW1 meets dragons.
Alphabetical order mate lolThe fact you wrote L+R=J instead of R+L=J annoys me when it shouldn't lol
Thing is, think about it from the perspective of the POV characters. None of them know the truth. In fact it is likely the only people who knew the actual truth was Ned, Lyanna and Rhaegar (and possibly Robert and some other Targaeryans (discounting people like Kingsguard)) and they are all dead now leaving the old lie in place.
Yes, he did, didn't he!Littlefinger hinted at knowing the truth when he and Sansa were down in the Winterfell cripts.
