I left Everton on my game in 2018 and took over Sheffield Wednesday who had just been relegated to League Two. We won League Two on the first attempt and then won League One on goal difference the next year. Currently hoping for a third consecutive promotion sitting 3rd in the Championship behind Spurs and Rotherham (lol???) 20 games into the season.
Everton managed to (barely) win the league both years after i left.

Nice mate! Who was appointed after you left though? Some regen or?

Oh and nice for playing until 2018... i don't have the nerve and usually quit 2-3 seasons in. Even after the first season i had the reincarnation of Mikel Arteta, even he was tutoring him, and i find it kind of pointless... well that's because of too much free time on my hands and researching pretty much every Brazilian/Argentinian/Spanish/etc team...

Hi mate,

I left mid-season 2017-18 and Tony Mowbray took over and won the league. He then left to manage England after the 2018 World Cup in which England had placed third (shows how realistic this game is...). He managed England until Euro 2020, hosted by Norway, and was sacked when England failed to get past the group stages.
Luca Toni took over for Mowbray. Toni had previously managed at Roma from 2015 to 2018 and had done a Europa League and Serie A double in 2016. At Everton he has won 1 League title as well as finishing runners up to Barcelona in the Champions League.

David Moyes left Everton when I took over and 3 years later he was hired by Arsenal when Wenger retired. He spent 6 season there with only a single FA Cup win and a flurry of 3rd-5th placed finishes and was sacked in 2019. He now manages the Scottish national team, with 2 wins in four matches.

I took over Bury. I managed to buy:
Cadamateri, Jeffers and Duffy.
I have loaned Garbut and Coleman.

I am top of the league by a mile with 10 games to go!
Shandy is joining me at the end of season, probably for the party!

I am currnetly with Shrewsbury having been sacked from Everton , Grimsby & Yeovil...ummm I don't think I am much good at this..but on 4 win on the bounce run though. Premier League here I come

I think that's known as "doing an Adie Boothroyd" in the business ^^

*UPDATE*

Now 7 wins on the bounce , still 2pts off a play off place in League 2 with 11 games to play...Perhaps I ought to get me suit dry-cleaned

Raging here, just got sacked 2 games in to my 3rd season with Everton despite winning the league and league cup in my first season, and then winning the domestic treble and charity shield in my 2nd. Gutted!

Eh? Shouldn't have happened. What reason was given? Budget control or something?

Came 6th in my first season, then in close season I sold a Heitinga, Vaughan, Distin, Yakubu, and Fellaini (absolute ******** on my game, requested a transfer to Zenit?!?!?) and bought Lugano, David Vaughan, and Eden Hazard.

Need a striker to partner Beckford, thinking Jelle Vossen? then I'll be top class. Currently third after 8 games.

Still with Bury.
It is starting to look like an Everton rejects team!
Bent, Cadamarteri, Jeffers, Baxter, Wallace, Coleman, Garbutt, Southern, Shandy, Duffy.
Naysmith and Ruddy in the pipeline. Need another centre half and half decent. Yobo isn't interested in joing by the way!

I'm in Npower 1 and looking at promotion. 16 games into the season. Won every home game and unbeaten away so far.

The most expensive player was Baxter, Moyes let me have him for 2M. I signed AVM on a free from Brentord with a booze hamper offered as a signing on fee!

Moyes OUT!

Bulllllllsh!t Bill is at his best in my game. Been training Gueye for 2 years, we becomes top class, and Lyon offer £11m which Mr Kenwright duly accepts regardless of what I think. Completely ruined my frontline, I'd just flogged Saha and Yak while they were worth something now I only have Beckford. Nice one FM.
