Keep that group and sack the rest off. Add another set of 8-10 players to round off the squad - promote more of the youth and dip into the transfer market for at least 3-4 quality additions. Oh... and make sure we get a top manager in before all of this happens.

Easier said than done like, but if we ever want to progress as a club then this is the foundation that needs to be laid.

If we get rid of/buy that many we'll end up having another season like this one, and we get to this point again with everyone fuming & saying we need a clear out.

We've got too many players now trying to settle into the squad. It'll take time, It won't happen over a season.

In the summer we need a couple of key additions, not a complete over-hall of the squad. Strengthen in key arears and phase out some of the older & fringe players.
