Felli over Baines?

Although he's younger I'd sell Fellaini.

I just think Baines is more important to the way we play. Plus he's easily in the top 3 LB's in the world, in fact I believe he is the best.

Blimey, Baines is our most important player and has been for a very long time.
The last two games proved that we can win games without Fellaini. Osman and Pienaar are just as important and are integral in our push for European football.

We wouldn't get close to the amount that Baines is truly worth and I do think he is possibly the best LB in the world.
He's 28, how much would you realistically get for him?
Fellaini, as much as I adore the player he has become, he is far more dispensable than Baines.
We need to keep hold of both though.

For me has to be keeping Baines. If we keep him this season that should be it then for the next 5 or so years locked in for us. He's the driver of our team and without him we don't look half the team. By comparison if we had to sell Fellaini now we'd probably be close to getting a top price for him and most fans surely accept he's going to go at some point anyway. Plus I'd back Moyes to use the cash from Felli wisely enough.

It's amazing how rarely baines misses a game. With fellaini you can expect him to miss a fair few with injuries/suspensions, but Baines will consistently manage 40+ games a season. His performance in those games is always top notch too, I can hardly remember him having a bad game.

65 chances created this season so far speaks for itself.

The only drawback with him is that, at 28, he's probably around his peak now and will only be declining in value.

I know lad and we have played the mighty West Ham and Wigan

Is that the Mighty Wigan who we couldnt play Barkley against ? Or the mighty Wigan we drew 2-2 with - Fellaini on the pitch.

You're so set in your way you think you know it all. You talk rubbish - constantly

So you think we can do without our top goal scorer because we beat WH and Wigan?

Nice KITT you have going on there as well pal

*Sniff*

Never said that. Bloke had a valid point. Two on the bounce. Without Fellaini. You commented tge Mighty Wigan. Who we couldnt "risk" Barkley against or beat away from home with Fellaini playing.

We've had all kinds of draws with the Fellaini system. Thats just a fact really. Hes got to be in the team but cant deny facts two on the bounce without him.

We won 2-3 games without Baines towards the end of last season, Should we sell him as well?

Ey, who said sell anybody? Ha.

You're after another agenda because really wins against Wigan and West Ham are good results considering other results we've had against lesser teams with Felli in the side.

Stop going off our discussion to suit your agenda with me. Two on the bounce without him thats all that was said. You played it down because of quality of opposition. But dont think Barkley sould be risked against them. Swings and roundabouts ey? Or just suit your agenda?

You do realise this thread is about who you would rather sell

The lad puts "Hey weve won 2 on the bounce without Fellaini" saying we could live without him

I said lets not get carried away as weve only played two teams in the lower half of the league

How am I going off topic?

And I never once said Barkley shouldnt be risked not once, What I did say is I will trust Moyes to play him when he sees fit
