The osman bashing is a bit harsh, it would've been wrong to drop him after he put in a good display against spurs.

We definitely should prioritise the cup over the league. FA cup not only gets a trophy but an automatic group stage spot in the Europa League, while fifth gets to go through a qualifier.

Also as someone who wasn't alive in the 80's and was so very young in 1995 I badly want to see us win a trophy

his legs are gone and he's almost useless after 60 minutes. thats not 'bashing', thats a fact. he's a pedestrian. nobody is saying he has no benefit, people are saying he is a bad choice to start. he's very good as a sub.

That is right spot on, in too many games he became The Invisible Man, keep seeing in my mind that mess up with Howard!!!!

I might add as far as I am aware there has been criticism of Osman for at least 3 years, it is not suddenly this season.

AS for the Cup competition, lost some of it's glamour. So if we get to the final and a trip to wembley there will shed loads of spare tickets. Come every one will falling over themselves to get tickets. The Cup still has a big draw mind one can never guarantee getting into the next round it is still very much an arena for surprises. Like last year and Wigan.

He starting to put his trust in Osman like Moyes did. But to leave Mirallas, Barkley and Del out. cant work that out.

He should realise that the only time Ossie is effective is when he comes off the bench when the game has slowed down for example - Villa and Liverpool, he bossed them games coming off the bench. Hopefully we see Deu, Barkley and Traore tomorrow or I will be slightly worried.
