Do any blues believe this nonsense about the FA Cup losing it's glamour? Bobby seems to be prioritising it as he should, I think the team against Palace showed that and I expect to see Mirallas and Barkley start. Got a very very good feeling about the cup this year, over the week end are the following matches:
Manchester City v Chelsea
Sheffield United v Nottingham Forest
Arsenal v Liverpool
Brighton & Hove Albion v Hull City
Cardiff City v Wigan Athletic
Sheffield Wednesday v Charlton Athletic
Sunderland v Southampton
Everton v Swansea City.
IF we beat Swansea (we will), we have a 5/7 chance of avoiding the obvious, which would make the run to Wembley pretty simple wouldn't it? It obviously doesn't work like that but I certainly wouldn't be fearful of a 5:30pm kick off at goodison in the quarter final against anyone. I'd take 7th and an FA Cup any day of the week, there's nothing like seeing your team win an FA Cup at Wembley, they're priceless. Bobby's got the know how, I think we'll win it and so does he, that's good enough for me.
