FA Cup Final Thread - Tickets/Travel/Meet Ups Etc

Does anyone know, I mean REALLY know, how many season ticket holders there are at Goodison. (why does it have to be kept so secret ?)

I've banned anyone coming near me on FA cup final day.

Recreating the conditions of the semi to the extreme in a sad and compulsive manner.

Everyone can do one. I'm getting drunk and being sick with nerves/alcohol on my tod while the family go round to the in-laws.

Though it won't be the mother-in-laws birthday this time.

And I have to have a kebab in the fridge that I eat after the match, only for it to magically reappear several minutes later.

I've heard its around the 20,000 mark. 23,000?

All in all if you aint got one....chances of getting a cup final ticket without remortgaing your house for a tout ticket in the Chelski end are going to be as good as getting Angelina Jolie to give you a naked hot body massage before cooking you a roast dinner and doing the dishes after....ie NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

Thats everybody . Fans , Staff , Players , Ex Players , Corporate . The whole 9 yards , as they say .
Lets wait an see first . Dom1878 is being pessimistic , ( I can relate to that like ) . He may well get one . Wait and see .
Also , enter every , win a wembley ticket , comp .

Do you work for the FA?

All i'm saying unless you have a 150,000 stadium you still then might just might satisfy everyone

Its pointless if you wnat to guarantee a ticket for the good times follow you team to all your homes and a few aways every year and your guaranteed its not much to ask

And what if you dont have the money to do this? It may have escaped your attention, but the whole world is fairly skint at the moment.

The only people I want satisfying are the Everton and Chelsea fans, why should these sets of fans have to fight over 50,000 tickets, when people who have no links to the clubs will get a ticket.

So if this is yours or anyones situation the sensible thing to do then is stay at home and watch it on the telly so someone who can afford it can go instead.

Yes I do that for the away games, I simply cant afford them.

But I went to Wembley, I couldnt afford it, but I went, I went to all the Home games. And ive renewed my season ticket. I will probably get a final ticket. Its not me I care about, its the other fans of my club who will miss out on a wonderful day out, simply because some fat fa blerts cousins wifes uncle gets a ticket instead.

Its not always that easy lad . I know lads whos kids split a season ticket . Me own lad lives in Newcastle , hasnt got a season ticket , but goes to about half the home games , Sunderland will be his 8th away , and hes been to every round of the cup , inc macclesfield . Yet , he would not be guaranteed one . Hopefully , Ill rectify that , but its no so black-and-white as , if youve got dough , go the match . If you havent . Dont .
