maybe it's because i'm relatively new to the game, as i've beeing following football for only 3 years, i've never understand the use of making long passes from the back as 9 out of 10 times the opposing team gets possession :huh:

maybe it's because i'm relatively new to the game, as i've beeing following football for only 3 years, i've never understand the use of making long passes from the back as 9 out of 10 times the opposing team gets possession :huh:

we call it hoofball, long aimless passes to no one but the opposition to get it away from us, when we should be passing it out instead of giving free balls away.

The only time it isnt is when barca do it.
