wouldnt read too much into yesterday, they were just doing their fitness tests in those videos as far as i could see.

Indeed, Feeney, Beni and Sambou are all too old for the u18s so will train with the U23s who share some general training time with the first team as well as specific U23s training. All three are a long way from being in the first team squad, though pre season may be another matter, and all will benefit from more work with Unsy this season The photos are always interesting, Sambou looks like he's grown a bit , Feeney not as puny as he once was but nowhere near Big Dunc's size, but then who is so difficult to compare them two!

Any update on Antonee Robinson? I see he's back training this morning but no news on his contract that I've heard.

Not seen anything official, last I saw was "offer" against his name , meaning we'd made an offer that hadn't as yet been accepted, so presumably from the training pics he's now signed.
I see Joe Williams was in the training section and Liam Walsh in the "testing" bit so great that Walsh is back and hopefully ready.

still no word on robinson signing but he must have.

Galloway and Browning off to Sunderland on year loans , hope they get good game time, that youngster McGeady apparently also going there permanently. Looks like Robinson or Connolly could be in with a shout of providing young squad cover for Baines if they can impress pre season.

...there were rumours last season that he was in demand from Championship clubs. I suspect it would be a permanent deal if true.

I know people on here mock him, but Esk reckons he's accepted a job in the Middle East. It does seem his role has diminished somewhat over the last few years with Unsworth coming more into prominence and taking over the u23s.

I don't understand why we would sell Liam Walsh. Really hope the rumours are not true.
